Litter and fast food
It seems people who eat fast food don’t just have little regard for the potential effects on their health but also on the environment. The incidence of litter near fast food outlets and along roads would seem to bear this out.
Surprisingly, many or all of the major franchises seem to have no interest in addressing this emerging problem. Over time they are likely to suffer reputational damage as communities’ environmental consciousness is aroused. Conversely, this is an opportunity waiting to be exploited to create brand and reputational enhancement.
